Your mission The primary mission of the People & Management Manager (EMEA) is to act as a strategic business partner and operational driver for Silimed's international expansion. By integrating end-to-end HR management, results-based tracking, and continuous process improvement, this role ensures operational efficiency, cascades global corporate goals, and builds a high-performing, scalable culture across the region.
Your profile We are looking for an agile, results-oriented HR Manager or Senior HRBP who combines strong business acumen and analytical thinking with a deeply human approach. Dual HR & Management Focus: Hands-on expertise in full-cycle HR operations (talent acquisition, L&D, performance, and culture) coupled with strategic management skills (KPI tracking, process optimization, and goal cascading via PDCA or Lean).
Strong capability to diagnose operational bottlenecks, conduct root-cause analyses, and turn data into structured action plans.
Ability to build cross-functional trust, navigate local labor nuances, and act as an influential partner to regional leaders and executive management.
Fluent in both English and Spanish (Required); intermediate-to-advanced Portuguese is a strong asset for corporate alignment.
