About us We are an international renewable energy company operating across several countries, and hiring the right people is central to our growth.
The role You will lead our global hiring function from Madrid. You will set the strategy, manage recruitment partners, lead a small team and advise leadership, while staying hands‑on with key searches.
Design the global hiring model and a structured, consistent process across markets.
Manage search firms, agencies and RPO providers, including tenders, fee negotiations and performance reviews.
Lead and develop a team of 2–3 Talent Acquisition Partners.
Own the recruitment dashboard, report to senior leadership and apply AI to sourcing and screening.
7+ years in Talent Acquisition, including 3+ leading teams or external partners.
~ A data-driven mindset and comfort presenting to senior leadership.
~ Professional English and native-level Spanish.
