With more than 150 offices across 24 countries and a network of 1,700 consultants, BARNES supports its clients in the purchase, sale and investment of exceptional properties around the world.
At BARNES Marbella , we are currently looking for international real estate consultants to join our team and develop their business within Marbella’s luxury real estate market.
New consultants will benefit from:
- The strength of an international brand with more than 150 offices across Europe, the US and Asia.
- Access to our global client network and property portfolio.
- Support in communications, digital tools (CRM), marketing and professional photography.
- Personalized guidance to help maximize their commercial growth.
RESPONSABILITIES
- Sourcing and acquiring exclusive properties in Marbella and the surrounding areas.
- Managing and developing your own client portfolio.
- Promoting properties across the BARNES international network.
- Managing client follow-up, negotiations and closing transactions.
REQUIREMENTS
- English is mandatory. Spanish, French and any additional language will be highly valued.
- Professional profile with excellent communication and negotiation skills, a proactive mindset and a strong results-oriented approach.
- Analytical and performance-driven mindset, with the ability to thrive in an international and collaborative environment.
- Proactive, dynamic and positive attitude.
- Organized, flexible and solution-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong focus on client service, ideally with experience working with demanding national and international clients.
