Syntrace builds conversational knowledge for institutional investors. We capture, organize and synthesize private conversations into source-backed knowledge a firm can build on. We are now hiring a Data Analyst, based in Barcelona. Our users trust us with the most sensitive conversations they have. That makes security part of the product, not a feature on top of it.
Задачи:
- Analyzing how customers use the product
- Measuring the quality of what our AI delivers
- Answering the questions our team needs answered
You will work closely with our product and engineering teams.

- A few years in data analysis, ideally at a fast-growing company.
- Strong SQL, and experience with Python.
- Clear thinking.

- A founding role with real ownership.
- A senior team that has scaled companies before.
