Description
DescriptionWe are looking for a Fashion Customer Service Representative to join an international team in Barcelona and support customers in the German market.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities
- Handling incoming customer calls and enquiries.
- Managing orders, changes and returns.
- Providing excellent customer service through different communication channels.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing effective solutions.
- Supporting customers throughout their purchasing journey.
Requirements
- Fluent/native German essential for supporting the German market.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-oriented, proactive and solution-focused.
- Good PC and systems knowledge.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Well organized, reliable and adaptable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
