Our client seeks an experienced technician in Administration of Remote Systems to join the IT team in a 100% remote role. You will be responsible for maintaining, configuring and securing the system infrastructure that supports all the company's operations. This position is ideal for a professional who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and prefers the flexibility and autonomy of remote work. Your experience will be fundamental to ensuring the stability, security and efficiency of our systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain servers (Windows/Linux) and operating systems in remote environments.
• Monitor system performance, identify and resolve problems proactively.
• Manage network security by implementing firewalls, VPNs and other protective measures.
• Perform backup and disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and system information access.
• Provide advanced technical support to users and other IT teams.

Requirements

• Solid experience in system administration, preferably in distributed and remote environments.
• Deep knowledge of operating systems (Windows Server, Linux) and virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V).
• Experience in networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs) and cybersecurity.
• Proven ability to resolve complex problems and manage critical incidents.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA Server+, MCSA/MCSE, CCNA) are a great advantage.
