Responsibilities
Ensure execution of R&D projects in coordination with work team. Organize and oversee the team to meet assigned tasks. Monitor all project stages, ensuring compliance with external and internal client requirements. Actively participate in internal and external meetings with suppliers, research centres, laboratories to promote learning and department knowledge. Conduct market studies and monitoring to stay informed about latest technologies and assess their implementation potential in products. Minimum Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Advanced level of English. Advanced level of German is a plus. Chemical background. Knowledge of household products, personal wash market or cosmetics. Knowledge of mass-scale production technology in FMCG field. Knowledge of relevant legislation. Ability to prepare and lead project meetings. Experience in facilitating collaboration and motivating project teams. Strong communication, creativity and organisational skills; ability to make independent decisions. Presentation skills and ability to present proposals and recommend solutions. What We Offer
