* Assist in reviewing and monitoring Regional budgets
* Support preparation of Financial Forecasts and Monthly closings
* Analyze and report issues and variances from forecast and budget
* Flag potential risks to senior team members
* Leverage AI-powered analytics tools to identify trends and anomalies in financial data
* Assist in building automated dashboards for real-time financial monitoring Mission & Responsibilities

* Assist in building automated dashboards for real-time financial monitoring Review Of Financial Operations
* Support review of accounting operations
* Assist in controlling Billing, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
* Help ensure quality of financial transactions and financial reporting
* Prepare financial reports (audit and financial analysis reports, profit and loss statements, balance sheets)
* Support review of local audit results and coordination of financial statement approval process
* Ensure compliance of accounting and reporting policies
* Utilize AI tools to streamline data reconciliation and error detection
* Contribute to process automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency Qualifications & Languages
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration, Economics, or related field
* Languages: English (Advanced) Technical Skills
* Microsoft Office Suite (Excel advanced)
* Financial analysis tools
* AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot)
* Data visualization (Power BI, Tableau) Previous Experience & Industry Background
* 3+ years of experience in finance
* Media agency, Digital industry, Tech company, Data company, Consulting
