ResponsabilidadesDesign, develop and deploy scalable serverless integration solutions using AWS servicesBuild and manage API-based and file-based (batch/ETL) integrationsDevelop backend logic in Node.js or Python for data transformation and API servicesCollaborate with Solution Architects and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutionsManage and optimize AWS infrastructure (API Gateway, Lambda, S3, IAM, CloudFormation)Ensure security, compliance and data privacy in all integrationsMonitor, troubleshoot, and ensure high availability and performance of integrationsParticipate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvementWork across HR ecosystems to enhance employee and recruiter experience through reliable data flows Requisitos principales5+ years of experience in Programming and APITechno-functional expertise in HR tech and integrationsExperience working in Agile environmentsExcellent communication and stakeholder managementExperience in global, matrixed enterprise environmentsProblem-solving and collaborative mindsetExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong collaboration and teamworkStakeholder managementAWS serverless stack (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, IAM, CloudFormation)Secrets Manager / Parameter StoreAPI development and integration patterns (REST, JSON, webhooks)
