Shiji is seeking a Training & Implementation Specialist to guide customers through onboarding and adoption of the ReviewPro platform. You will serve as trusted advisor during early customer lifecycle, delivering training and best practices to help clients achieve business objectives. You will coordinate with Customer Success, Support and Product teams, manage timelines, track progress in CRM, and identify opportunities to expand product usage.
