What You'll Do
Provide professional customer support via phone and email. Assist customers with service-related, payment, and technical inquiries. Deliver accurate information while following established procedures. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer requests efficiently. Requirements Native or C2 level Icelandic . Advanced English . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good computer skills (MS Office and CRM systems). Customer-focused with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Previous customer service or contact center experience is an advantage.

Barcelona, Spain Schedule: 38.5 hours/week, Monday–Sunday (rotational shifts)
Working Hours
Between 09:00 and 20:00
Salary:
