Job ID: 744000136559590 Senior Consultant for the Implementation of Public Sector Electronic Administration Products (m/f/d)Madrid Professional Regular T-Systems Iberia Your Task We are looking for a consultant specialized in the implementation of electronic administration products for a major Public Administration client in Madrid. The ideal candidate will have experience in the adaptation, parameterization and integration of digital products that optimize administrative processes and comply with current regulations. Responsibilities Ensure the implementation of an electronic administration product and its correct integration with existing systems Customize the product by parameterization to meet the specific needs of the city council and its departments Ensure compliance with Law 39/2015 and Law 40/2015 at all stages of implementation Collaborate with technology providers to ensure that the product meets quality and safety standards Train Public Administration personnel in the use of the new system and provide support Monitor the performance of the post-implantation product and make adjustments as needed

Your Profile
We are looking for a consultant specialized in the implementation of electronic administration products for a major Public Administration client in Madrid. The ideal candidate will have experience in the adaptation, parameterization and integration of digital products that optimize administrative processes and comply with current regulations. Must Have Skills University degree in Public Administration, Computer Engineering or fields related to the position Demonstrable experience in implementing electronic administration products or similar systems in Public Administration Knowledge of Law 39/2015 (Spanish Administrative Procedure Law)Knowledge of Law 40/2015 (Spanish Public Sector Legal Regime Law)Technical skills in system integration Technical skills in software customization Excellent communication skills Ability to train end users Ability to effectively solve problems Ability to adapt to technological changes Focus on improving the end user experience Ability to ensure a smooth transition to new systems
