You’ll act as a key point of contact for
international clients
(French, Dutch, English and other global profiles), supporting them with payroll and labour management in Spain (Spanish payroll and Spanish labour regulations), including: Full payroll and labour cycle
(variables, bonuses, expatriates/impatriates, international mobility) Social Security settlements (RNT/RLC) Drafting contracts, extensions, addenda, settlements and terminations Applying and interpreting collective bargaining agreements (multi-agreement environments) Advanced labour advisory with frequent communication in English Filing tax forms
111 and 190 Preparing documentation for inspections, audits and due diligence Labour management for foreign employees in Spain Providing technical support and mentoring junior team members What we’re looking for
Degree in
Labour Relations, Labour Law, Law, or a similar field Solid experience in consultancy/professional services or within an in-house labour department Proficiency in A3NOM or similar payroll software Proven experience managing
Spanish payroll
and Spanish labour regulations, including the application and interpretation of Spanish collective bargaining agreements High level of English (essential) What’s on offer
Permanent contract
and stability from day one Hybrid model : up to
