Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law.
*
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in law firms or multinational companies.
* Licensure: Must be authorized to practice law in Spain.
* Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English (C1 Advance level).
* Other: Availability for travel. Responsibilities & Scope of Work
* Advise on M&A transactions, including negotiation of transaction documentation (SPAs, Shareholders agreements, etc.).
* Provide general legal support for corporate areas (real estate, IT, financials).
* Assist in corporate governance for the listed parent company, including management of decision‑making bodies.
* Coordinate data protection matters across international branches (France, Italy, Portugal, Poland). Stipend, Compensation & Mode Stipend: Not specified.
