About the Job We are hiring a Fixed-Term Contract Builder who’s passionate about creating new ventures with leading corporates that are shaping the future. This is a 6-month learning sprint, designed to immerse you in the world of venture creation. You’ll work side by side with one of the most talented and ambitious teams in the ecosystem—business designers, growth strategists, product minds—and gain real exposure to what building a startup from scratch actually means. Let’s be clear: this is not a long-term role. There’s no implied continuity after the 6 months. But what you’ll take with you—skills, mindset, portfolio, and connections—will be fuel for your next big thing. Whether you want to found your own venture, join a startup, or grow within the innovation space, this is a powerful launchpad. At Byld, Builders are the core of everything we do. You’ll join a multidisciplinary Building Team focused on Business, Growth, and Product, and work collaboratively through all phases of the venture—from opportunity framing and user research to testing and go-to-market planning. You can find some good stories of what we do (and how we do it) right here: https://byld.xyz/portfolio As a Contract Builder, you will: You will gain hands-on experience in Venture Building, actively creating and validating new business models. Throughout your journey, you will: Shape people-centric business strategies, blending design and business thinking to create ventures that solve real problems. Take part in the full Venture Building process: opportunity framing, ideation, prototyping, testing, and validation. Apply methodologies such as Lean Startup, Customer Development, and Service Design to build and iterate at speed. Build validation artifacts, MVPs, and no-code prototypes (Figma, Airtable, Notion, Coda...) to test assumptions in the real world. Learn fast, get your hands dirty, and collaborate with some of the best talent in the business. What we are looking for... +5 years of experience in consulting, corporate innovation, or entrepreneurship. At least intermediate proficiency in no-code and AI tools (Figma, Airtable, Notion, Lovable, Cursor, v0…) and daily use of LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) in your workflow. Constant curiosity, strong analytical skills, and a hands-on mindset for real-world validation. Strong writing, synthesis, and presentation design skills. …but the most important characteristics are as follows: You have a user-centric lover approach/mindset. You are a fan of metrics and analytically driven data. We will roll out the red carpet for you if (not a must): You are not scared of IT Teams, Product Teams, Analytics, and Digital Marketing. You hold strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail is everything to you. You are comfortable with no-code and AI tools and are used to applying them daily: Figma, Airtable, Notion, or AI-native builders like Lovable, Cursor, v0 or Bolt — and of course LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) as part of your everyday workflow, not just a novelty. Any toolkit you can bring to the table is more than welcome. Bonus points if you prototype and validate ideas faster with AI than most people write the brief.
