Job description
At Longines, elegance is an attitude. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Boutique Manager to lead our Flagship Boutique in Madrid, delivering an exceptional client experience while driving commercial performance and team excellence
Key Responsibilities
* Drive boutique sales performance and achieve business targets.
* Develop and execute clienteling, customer acquisition and traffic-generating strategies.
* Deliver an exceptional and consistent luxury customer experience.
* Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing sales team.
* Analyze KPIs and implement action plans to maximize business opportunities.
* Oversee daily boutique operations, ensuring compliance with company standards.
* Manage inventory, cash control and loss prevention processes effectively.
* Prioritize, organize and delegate tasks according to business needs.
* Build strong relationships with clients and local partners to increase brand visibility and loyalty.
