* Take full ownership of the local finance function, acting as a trusted key partner to the Managing Director and leadership team.
* Drive all controlling activities, including budgeting, forecasting, margin analysis, and performance steering across collections and channels.
* Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights to support fast and strategic decision‑making.
* Manage and challenge the external accounting provider in Spain to ensure high‑quality and timely financial reporting.
* Act as the central link connecting local business, Group Finance, and the Shared Service Center in Germany.
* Oversee local liquidity and cash management while building scalable processes, structures, and modern financial controls. Qualifications
* University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
* 5–7 years of finance experience, ideally within fashion, retail, or consumer goods.
* Strong controlling background with deep knowledge of margins and inventory.
* Experience with external accounting partners or shared services.
* Fluent Spanish and English; German is a plus.
* Highly entrepreneurial, hands‑on, and pragmatic, comfortable working independently and making data‑driven decisions close to the business. Benefits
