* Lead and develop the ME production team to meet schedule, quality, cost, and safety targets
* Deliver complete Manufacturing Dossiers (planning, MBOM, assembly procedures, times, and specs) for new programs in AIT using the DDMS toolset
* Provide industrial plans and accurate ME NRC/RC cost estimates to support bidding and offers
* Coordinate with EOS and TNS stakeholders and with Program Business Lines, AIT, Environmental Testing, and mechanical/ RF/ electrical leads
* Maintain adherence to cost targets and EAC budgets with Program Managers and Finance controllers
* Drive continuous improvement and innovation in the AIT area while complying with standards Requisitos principales
* Proven ME experience in space sector or high-precision environments and prior leadership of engineering teams
* Experience in Assembly, Integration and Test (AIT) within space or high-precision environments
* Strong leadership, stakeholder coordination, and communication skills
* Advanced English and Spanish written and spoken proficiency
* Deep knowledge of spacecraft manufacturing domains (thermo-mechanical assembly, electrical hardware integration, test setup, satellite final integration) and clean-room standards
* Knowledge of special processes, laser/DEA optical alignment, tolerance stack-up, MGSE/containers
