Key Responsibilities

Safely operate and monitor autonomous vehicles Take control of the vehicle when required Follow routes, test plans, and shift schedules Observe road conditions and vehicle behavior Record incidents and provide clear reports Use smartphones, in-vehicle systems, and digital tools Maintain a safety-first and professional approach

Requirements

EU citizenship Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Willingness and ability to travel to the United States for training (visa provided)  Good command of English Willing to work rotating shifts (including evenings/weekends) Comfortable with long periods of driving and focus Basic digital skills (smartphones, Google Workspace, etc.) Strong attention to detail and safe driving habits

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in autonomous vehicle or advanced driver-assistance system testing Technical understanding of vehicle systems Experience working in structured, process-driven environments
