The ideal candidate has a background in operations, project coordination, or project management, with strong organizational and people?management skills.
Experience managing distributed field teams is highly preferred.
You will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, supporting field team members, monitoring schedules and reporting, resolving operational issues, and escalating critical matters when needed.
Candidates with experience in field operations, automotive projects, fleet operations, logistics, data collection, or similar operational environments are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee day?to?day field operations throughout the projectManage communication and coordination with distributed field teamsOrganize team schedules, assignments, and operational activitiesMonitor project progress, attendance, task completion, and operational KPIsCollect, review, and maintain operational reports and project dataIdentify operational issues and coordinate timely resolutionsHandle escalations and communicate critical issues to project managementSupport field team members with operational questions and day?to?day challengesEnsure that project processes and operational requirements are followed consistentlyCoordinate with internal teams and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project executionMaintain accurate records, trackers, and documentation using Excel/Google SheetsIdentify potential operational risks and proactively suggest solutionsAdapt to changing project requirements, priorities, and operational circumstancesCandidate RequirementsPrevious experience in operations, project coordination, or project managementExperience managing distributed field teams is highly preferredStrong people management, organizational, and problem?solving skillsAbility to coordinate daily operations, schedules, reporting, and escalationsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesComfortable working in a fast?paced and changing operational environmentStrong written and verbal English communication skillsGood knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets and operational reportingAbility to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilitiesAvailability for long?term cooperation throughout the projectPreferred BackgroundField operationsAutomotive projectsFleet operationsLogistics and transportationData collection projectsVehicle testingField service operationsWorkforce or field team managementLarge?scale distributed operationsOther similar operational environmentsWhat
