Airbus Defence and Space SAU is seeking a Human Factors Engineer to lead the HFE design of cockpit, flight deck and mission consoles, ensuring user-centered workstation interfaces through geometry, layout and multimodal interaction.
Responsibilities include end-to-end HFE processes across the life cycle, task and workload analyses, HMI prototyping, and rigorous V&V, with a focus on usability, safety and certification in a defence aerospace context.
