Madrid-Based Hands-On Data Engineering Manager

MediaRadar seeks a Data Engineering Manager in Madrid who will lead and mentor a growing team while remaining hands-on in coding, schema design, and PoCs. You will drive end-to-end data delivery and modernize the platform toward an open, AWS-based stack, collaborating across North America, India, and Europe. You'll balance leadership with hands-on delivery, engineering robust ETL/ELT pipelines and promoting AI-assisted development practices across the team. #J-*-Ljbffr
