IE University, Madrid, is seeking an Associate Director & Talent Partner to join its Talent Management team. The role combines strategic design of talent programs with hands-on recruitment, learning & development, and performance management for IE's international staff.
The successful candidate will partner with diverse business areas, lead planning, analyze key people metrics, and drive enhancements to the talent value proposition while ensuring policy alignment with IE's standards.
