⏰ Full-Time Freelance Contract (Flexible Hours) COMMISION ONLY – Earn between $1,000–$10,000 monthly based on performance (on average) Clicks Talent is one of the industry's pioneering Influencer Marketing Agencies, the first ever TikTok Influencer marketing Agency which now specializes in over 10 social media platforms. We connect iconic brands—including Amazon, Warner Bros. , Uber Eats, Sony Music, Skechers, and The Pokémon Company—with top-tier influencers worldwide, creating impactful campaigns that resonate globally. As an Influencer & Talent Agent, you’ll exclusively represent a roster of talent provided by Clicks Talent, proactively securing brand deals and maximizing earning potential for our influencers. Leveraging our in-house software and your expertise, you'll cultivate strong relationships, negotiate lucrative contracts, and strategically grow influencer careers. Represent, support, and strategically guide a roster of provided influencers, helping them grow their audiences and monetize their content. ~ Brand Partnerships: Secure and negotiate high-value deals with brands, agencies, and record labels, creating successful campaigns for your talent roster. ~ Maintain constant communication with influencers and brands to ensure successful collaborations. ~ Develop targeted strategies alongside our internal teams to expand influencer reach, increase engagement, and drive revenue growth. ~ Autonomous & Flexible Work: Work independently in a fully remote, flexible environment, driving your own success. Have a minimum of 3 years experience in influencer marketing, talent management, talent representation, or relevant sales roles. ✅ Understand platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, and Kick. ✅ Excel at relationship-building and possess strong negotiation skills. ✅ Are highly organized, skilled with data management, and proficient in Google Sheets. (Earn uncapped commissions and bonuses directly reflecting your performance. Collaborate with Global Brands: Work on campaigns with renowned brands like TikTok, Sony Pictures, Logitech, and Aliexpress. Opportunity for promotion to a full-time salaried management role after 6
