Camarero/A De Banquetes

Empresas: As a Banqueting Waiter/Waitress you will demonstrate service attributes in accordance with company standards including attention to detail, anticipation, accuracy and maintaining high levels of knowledge about the products and service offered in our F&B outlets. You will always follow the Food and Beverage service sequence set by the hotel and you will adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures. As a brand ambassador you will become a role model and your goal will be to sustain our InterContinental Life.
Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.
Balance cash drawer at close of shift.
Working with the other departments, identify additional sales opportunities to enhance revenue.
Serve food and beverage to the standards set by the Hotel.
RequisitosHigher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or Related Field.
Fluent in English and Spanish any other languages would be great.
Must obtain certifications or permits as required by local governmental agencies.
Oracle MICROS knowledge will be highly valuable.
Flexibility to work a range of hours, which includes but is not limited to afternoons, evenings & public holidays.
