Quality Control Operator

IQVIA seeks a Database Operator with native Swedish fluency to maintain and update product reference databases for the Swedish market from a home-based location in Spain. The role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, standardization, and quality while collaborating with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update product reference databases for the Swedish market with high accuracy
• Classify, standardize, and organize product information per company guidelines and hierarchies
• Identify, implement, and document updates, corrections, and enhancements to existing files
• Collaborate with local teams to validate data, resolve discrepancies, and enrich database content
• Perform quality checks, investigate data issues, and apply corrective actions as needed

Requirements

• Native Swedish speaker with strong English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Prior experience in data entry, database maintenance, or data management roles
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Professional communication abilities via email and phone
• Proactive problem-solving mindset
