Santander is seeking a Structured Notes Issuance & Platform Oversight Associate / Vice President based in Madrid, Spain.
The role supports daily issuance and lifecycle processes for a global structured-notes platform, coordinating with front-to-back teams to ensure robust documentation, regulatory compliance and reporting.
In this role you will oversee governance, monitor regulatory updates, and drive remediation of control weaknesses while expanding the platform across jurisdictions.
