BizAway is seeking a driven Spanish-speaking Client Specialist to help grow our Customer Success team in a fast-growing, international SaaS environment.
You will support clients through onboarding, ramp-up, renewal and upsell processes at scale, driving adoption via calls, emails, webinars, and trainings.You will identify at-risk accounts, pursue upsell opportunities, and use dashboards and Salesforce to monitor health.
