Senior Client Manager

Saffron is a brand consultancy of 100 people with 21 nationalities and 12 languages. From our offices in London, Madrid, Tokyo and Vienna, we work as one team integrating identity and interaction to create real value for brands around the world. We’re looking for a Senior Client Manager to join our Client Services team on a maternity cover contract. The role can be based in either our London or Madrid office. You’ll lead medium to large projects, keeping coordination, clarity and delivery strong across teams and clients. You’ll help shape ways of working, manage complexity and make sure our work delivers against strategic, creative and business objectives, while supporting the development of more junior team members. Lead the planning and coordination of medium to large projects, ensuring clarity, structure and efficiency Act as a key contact for clients, managing communication, expectations and project flow Present project updates and keep work aligned with client objectives Oversee project budgets, timelines and operational performance, identifying and managing risks Mentor junior team members, driving accountability and high delivery standards Solid experience in client services or project management within a brand consultancy, design or creative agency Proven ability to run medium to large projects and manage multiple workstreams Confident with budgets, timelines and risk management A flexible and supportive working environment ~ Hybrid working model (minimum of 2 days per week in the office) ~ Flexible
