In this role you will lead the schedule development lifecycle across one or more projects, from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with quality standards. You will work with the project management team to produce owner and contractor schedules, monitor performance, and provide actionable reporting. The position involves frequent site visits, driving continuous improvement, and building a scalable approach to project controls. You will contribute to a global, cross-functional team and help deliver complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead schedule development from high-level planning to detailed execution
• Facilitate planning sessions with the project management team to create schedules
• Develop and manage the Owner’s schedule ensuring quality alignment
• Verify contractor schedules and escalate gaps in scope
• Track and summarize schedule performance (e.g., s-curves, critical paths, variance) for stakeholders
• Develop and maintain resource-loaded schedules
• Perform scenario analysis on schedules
• Support project progress on-site and foster relationships
• Promote continuous improvement and scalable solutions within the team

Requisitos principales

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience in a construction-related discipline
• Strong knowledge of PMO and project controls xbhjioe with a focus on scheduling and risk management
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
• Acumen Fuse and PowerBi experience is a plus
• EVM (Earned Value Management) competence
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, problem-solving
