WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Shape Our Strategy: You define and implement seasonal and long-term omnichannel buying strategies for our Circular Knit category. Create Inspiring Assortments: You develop assortment strategies that balance consumer demand, market trends, brand identity, and financial goals. Drive Vendor Success: You lead supplier negotiations, secure the best costs, margins, quality, and delivery terms, and build strategic partnerships. Optimize Performance: You manage drop strategies, product lifecycles, and inventory, while analyzing sales performance and market trends to make data-driven adjustments in real time. Mentor & Grow: You guide Junior Buyers, share your knowledge and help them thrive professionally. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Your Educational Background: You hold a bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field. You enjoy understanding consumer behavior, identifying growth opportunities, and using data to make smart decisions.
Your Profile
You bring significant buying experience, ideally in Circular Knit or similar Fast Fashion categories. You are a skilled negotiator, highly organized, an excellent communicator in Spanish & English and proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Knowledge of SAP or Oracle and additional languages such as German is a plus. In our Madrid design hub, your ideas and creativity will have a direct impact and help shape the future of our brand.
