The chosen candidate will be responsible of the following tasks:

• Work with Global Master Data base maintenance processes (customers, suppliers, employees, and others) with a deep focus on automation, timely service delivery, data integrity and global consistency.
• Corporate Credit Card program - Administration and support for employees globally (credit limits, new/terminated employees …).
• Lead Travel & Entertainment program globally (CONCUR): configuration maintenance, enhancements and process improvements, administration and support, statutory rules maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with Statutory Tax rules globally (1099, 1042, VAT and others)
• Active participation in initiatives/projects relating the implementation of ways to minimize manual processes for improving efficiencies and effectiveness
• Dynamic training materials maintenance globally
• Consistent collaboration with external & internal auditors and internal customers/stakeholders.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects globally as required (ex. new entities migrations, ERPs implementation…).
• Guaranteeing all transactions under scope are performed under a strong internal controls' framework.
• SOX/SOD knowledge required for full compliance in all processes under scope.

A successful Global Master Data professional should have:

• Strong administrative background with experience managing documentation and data entry.
• High proficiency in English (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with international teams.
• Solid command of Excel and other office productivity tools; ability to handle large datasets with accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured, organized working style.
