Experteer Overview In this role you support the global sales team by creating high?quality budgets and proposals for IQVIA Laboratories.
You will work with cross?functional stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure compliant, accurate bids that reflect project expectations.
This position offers a learning path toward becoming a world?class business analyst within a global life sciences context.
You will contribute to the efficiency and quality of proposal processes while operating in a flexible, remote environment.

• Review RFPs and extract information for proposal text and budgets
• Prepare proposal text, budgets, rebids, and supporting documents
• Ensure scopes of work are clear and budgets reflect project expectations
• Collaborate with proposal development team and cross?functional stakeholders
• Join strategy calls to clarify customer requirements and resolve inconsistencies
• Edit and review documents for quality and accuracy before submission
• Ensure proposals follow internal processes and compliance requirements
• Maintain corporate databases and ensure accurate tracking reports
• Support preliminary agreements and related scopes of work
• Contribute to department continuous improvement and perform other tasks as assigned Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Management, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in proposals, budgeting, or related role
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Understanding of costing models and ability to interpret RFPs and study protocols
