We're looking for a Head of Regulatory Compliance who'll lead regulatory compliance efforts in Revolut Bank UAB branches.
You'll apply your banking and leadership expertise to support the expansion of our branches in the European Economic Area.
What you'll be doingBuilding and leading a team of regulatory compliance expertsEngaging with management bodies on compliance positionsSupporting the Head of Regulatory Compliance for Europe in the delivery of their responsibilities, including conduct rules, training, and reportingWorking with Regulatory Compliance Managers to ensure that local compliance management frameworks and processes are aligned with global onesPerforming compliance reviews of expansion initiatives and new productsAdvising the business on compliance requirements and related controlsIdentifying regulatory issues proactively and recommending remedies to promote complianceLiaising with key stakeholders as required, both internal (Legal, Risk, BSA/AML Officer, etc.) and external (regulators, advisors, partners, etc.)

What you'll need
8+ years of regulatory compliance experience within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulatorExperience in C?Suite and board?level engagement on compliance topicsExpertise identifying compliance risks and potential vulnerabilities, and advising on best practices to effectively and efficiently address findingsKnowledge of how to conduct xkdbapo regulatory gap analysis, policy creation, and implementationThe desire and drive to learn, grow, and create an impact quickly as part of an expanding teamExceptional critical thinking, problem?solving, and communication skillsThe xhfqzwm ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlinesExperience working in a fast?paced environment with a focus on executionNice to haveA professional certificate/diploma in compliance, and/or a willingness to take exams in the futureA degree in business, finance, or lawCompensation rangePoland: PLN 27,100 – PLN 31,900 gross monthly*Lithuania: €7,400 – €7,800 gross monthly*Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience#J-*-Ljbffr
