Technical Strategy & Best PracticesDefine and champion LLMOps, MLOps, and DevOps practices to ensure agile, high-quality product delivery. Mentorship & Team DevelopmentMentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, architecture design, and technical guidance. 8+ years building, deploying, and scaling complex software, with at least 4 years in Machine Learning / Deep Learning products. Expertise designing and scaling production-grade AI/ML systems with Python and deep learning frameworks. Experience deploying, monitoring, and maintaining robust AI Stack Knowledge: Familiarity with LLM orchestration, vector databases, knowledge graphs, observability, and evaluation frameworks. Master's in Computer Science, AI, or related field (PhD preferred). Fluent in English and Spanish. Hybrid Work Model: Flexible balance between remote work and time in Barcelona office.
