Your Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and analytical Sales & Service Support Specialist to join our Service Business team.

The Sales & Service Support specialist plays a key role in supporting the complete lifecycle of service operations, acting as the administrative and financial focal point between Sales, Operations, Project Managers, Customers, and other internal stakeholders.

Reporting to the Sales & Service Support Manager and using customer service skills and knowledge, will aid them by reacting to customer and business inquiries.

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

• Participate in all service order process, supporting the customer in each step, creating service, sales and purchase orders, ensuring data accuracy and completeness throughout the service lifecycle.
• Coordinate Sales Support activities required to support service operations, acting as the primary interface between Operations, Project Managers, Sales teams, and customers regarding administrative service matters.
• Perform service invoicing activities, monitor project and service order profitability, track revenue, costs, margins and backlog.
• Identify and analyze cost deviations and profitability risks, support monthly closing activities and financial reviews, follow up on outstanding customer receivables and overdue invoices.
• Participate in all Sales & Service Support team process, supporting internally the team or other teams in some actions.
• Have a good commitment to ensuring that inquiries are resolved and providing assistance in any necessary escalation.
• Work with the leaders and all team to detect improvement areas in order to work in more efficient way and reduce manual tasks.

Qualifications for the Role

• An agile and proactive approach, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership and commitment of orders and service process.
• 3 years of experience working as internal Sales & Service Support.
• Good capacity to adapt to constant changes, different tasks and responsibilities.
• Knowledge of SAP, Service module
• Knowledge of Excel and PowerBI.
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
• A native Spanish knowledge and medium English level.
