Global Payroll

Fundraise Up is seeking an experienced payroll and total rewards leader to own end-to-end global payroll for employees and contractors, across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.You will design equity programs, manage global benefits, and oversee data integrity across BambooHR, Justworks, Remote, and Carta while integrating EOR/PEO relationships.
This is a high-ownership, hands-on role in a distributed organization.
