Their expanding team of four Application Analysts—soon to be five—plays a key role in managing critical business systems, including customer relationship management (CRM), enterprise resource planning (ERP), and other essential cloud-based platforms.
We currently use Zendesk as our primary CRM and NetSuite OneWorld for ERP.
All systems we support are cloud-native, with no reliance on local servers.
This role offers the opportunity to collaborate across various departments and contribute to high-impact initiatives that support both operational efficiency and financial integrity.
