Deel is hiring an HR Implementation Consultant in Spain to lead HR system implementations, including data migration and setup across Deel's HR suite.
You will guide clients through migration, configure systems, and provide ongoing training and support.The role requires 3+ years in SaaS HR implementations, strong project management, and English fluency.
Flexible, hybrid work options and a global team are offered.
You'll collaborate closely with Onboarding, Sales, Support and Product teams.
