Dow Jones & Co. is looking for a Senior Employee & Labor Relations Partner based in Barcelona, Cataluña.
In this role, you will partner with local teams to ensure compliant and productive employee relations while advising management across Europe.You will lead high-stakes matters, coach HR leaders, and interact closely with works councils and unions to enhance regional growth.
Candidates must have over 7 years of relevant HR experience and be fluent in both English and Spanish.
