In this role, you will lead top-of-funnel candidate attraction, source diverse early-career talent, build relationships with leading European institutions, and deliver an exceptional candidate pre-boarding experience. Identify and engage top-tier early-career talent across Western Europe. Build and nurture a dedicated, long-term referral pipeline across internal employee networks, university alumni groups, and student organizations Host monthly candidate touchpoints, facilitate cohort networking, and maximize early network visibility Embody our Care, Notice, Act philosophy by continuously evaluating sourcing channels, iterating digital campaigns, and optimizing hiring processes to keep things simple and highly effective 3+ years of talent acquisition experience with a strong focus on early-career or university recruiting across European markets Fluent in English and Spanish Data & Process Focus: Prior experience recruiting for software, cloud, or technical consulting services Experience partnering closely with Talent Marketing to build digital talent campaigns If moving to the interview stage, the process is as follows: A final conversation with our group's Senior Leader.
