Oversees day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, putaway, picking, packing and dispatch, prioritising tasks in line with business needs and delivery deadlines.
* Owns stock reliability, coordinating inventories, analysing discrepancies and resolving them in collaboration with Merchandising and Finance.
* Coordinates the flow of goods between the warehouse, retail stores and e-commerce, ensuring timely and error-free order preparation and dispatch.
* Manages relationships with logistics providers, monitoring service levels and transport and warehousing costs.
* Drives continuous improvement and digitalisation of warehouse processes, including stock control systems such as RFID, tracking key logistics KPIs and identifying opportunities to reduce costs.
* Leads and develops the warehouse team, organising shifts and absence cover, supervising performance, providing training, supporting recruitment and evaluation, and upholding health and safety standards. Rated as the world’s top ESG ‘A’ company by ISS, FIVE Holdings leads in creating a Global Sustainable Entertainment Ecosystem. 5 or more years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, ideally in retail, fashion or e-commerce, with a proven record of leading teams and optimising operations.
* Solid knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory control and stock traceability. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track KPIs, investigate stock discrepancies and turn data into process improvements.
* Experience working cross-functionally with retail, e-commerce, merchandising and finance teams, and managing third-party logistics providers.
* Results oriented and service focused, with a consistent drive to improve efficiency, accuracy and delivery times.
* Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and holidays, in line with the operational needs of The Pacha Group.
* Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English and Spanish. Holds the legal right to work in Europe, including any required visas or work permits, in full compliance with local regulations.
* Personally settled on the island with accommodation already arranged is a must. *
