Assistant Retail Assistant

Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures and financial controls Work closely with Key Account Managers to ensure alignment of the sales force with company commercial policies Support budget, forecast and business planning activities, ensuring data accuracy Coordinate administrative activities with business partners ensuring smooth processes and timely issue resolution Act as a key interface between sales, finance, supply chain and service department Maintain and ensure accuracy of commercial master data 2–5 years of experience in business administration/controlling department or similar business support role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to details Strong Excel skills, experience with ERP system (SAP preferred) Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders Results-driven mindset with strong organizational and communication skills Excellent or mother tongue in Italian and Spanish A challenging and strategic role with real impact on the company's success An international working environment Training and development opportunities Strong focus on work-life balance #J-*-Ljbffr
