The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process for specialist to director level roles across multiple functions while partnering and advising the local, cluster and regional business leaders on critical hiring matters.
Drive the external scouting management activities by optimizing the usage of all required channels (Social Networks, Candidate Databases, Professional Associations and Industry Conferences) to identify and attract best in class talents for open vacancies.
Provide market intelligence data to support recruitment strategy course corrections, and act as a subject matter expert on external talent trends and search strategies for senior stakeholders and HRBPs. ??????????Proven track record in successfully collaborating and advising senior stakeholders and leadership teams on talent insights, market trends and critical hiring needs.
Confident in managing high-impact and critical hiring needs individually, with a major focus on talent sourcing, pipelining, and candidate assessment, focusing on R&D, Digital and AI capabilities.
Data-driven, open-minded, with an affinity and interest in applying AI on a daily basis.
Fluent in English.
