Collaborate closely with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee data and payroll-related changes. Collaborate with employees, HR teams, external providers, Finance and other stakeholders to deliver timely and high-quality HR services in line with agreed service levels. Prepare recurring and ad-hoc HR reports and ensure compliance with global processes and local requirements. Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, efficiency and service quality. Contribute to HR projects, transformation initiatives and continuous improvement activities across the organization.
