Andorra | Relocation / Location Requirements to Be Discussed We're partnering with a rapidly scaling US gaming and consumer technology company to hire a Head of Finance who will build and lead its finance function through its next phase of growth. The business operates a high-monetization consumer platform combining two complementary verticals: social casino gaming and digital collectibles. Growing at approximately 50% month-on-month, the company is scaling rapidly across the US, backed by leading gaming and technology investors. This is an opportunity to join an ambitious, fast-growing business and work directly with its founders, shaping financial strategy, growth investment and capital allocation. The Role As Head of Finance, you'll build the financial infrastructure needed to support rapid growth, bringing together FP&A, growth economics, cash management, payments and capital strategy. Financial Planning & Performance: Build the FP&A function, own budgets and forecasts, and develop reporting that gives leadership clear visibility into business performance. Growth Finance & Unit Economics: Partner with Growth to optimise user acquisition investment and understand the economics of scaling. Cash & Treasury: Own cash flow forecasting, liquidity management and working capital across payment providers, bank accounts and operating obligations. Strengthen reconciliation, financial controls and reporting across purchases, redemptions, refunds, chargebacks and payment processors. Fundraising & Capital Strategy: Support investor reporting, fundraising, debt facilities and growth financing, helping leadership make informed decisions about capital allocation. Strategic Business Partnering: Work closely with founders and cross-functional leaders to identify financial risks, evaluate new opportunities and translate complex data into actionable business decisions. 7+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Strategic Finance, FinOps, Treasury or a related field. ~ Experience in a high-growth technology, gaming, consumer or digital business. ~ Strong financial modelling, forecasting and business planning capabilities. ~ Deep understanding of unit economics, cohort analysis, CAC, ROAS, payback and LTV. ~ Hands-on experience with cash flow, working capital and transaction-based financial operations. ~ Experience partnering with founders, executives and senior leadership teams. ~ Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills and a strong analytical mindset. ~ Gaming, social casino, sweepstakes, iGaming, sports betting, fintech, payments, marketplaces, consumer apps and digital commerce. Experience with venture debt, fundraising, payment processors, chargebacks, SQL, Metabase or Retool would be a plus. What You'll Build In your first 90 days , you'll establish reliable financial reporting, forecasting, daily cash visibility, cohort-level unit economics, growth investment models and robust payment reconciliation processes. Over the longer term, you'll build the finance function and infrastructure required to support the company's next stage of growth. The opportunity to build a finance function from the ground up.
