- Fully Remote | Upto $210/hr Mercor connects elite creative and technical talent with leading AI research labs. Position: Expert Senior SWE Type: Contract Compensation: $150–$210/hour
Location:
Remote Commitment: 20 hours/week Role Responsibilities
* Evaluate and enhance AI model capabilities in complex SWE tasks.
* Collaborate with AI research teams to improve training data quality.
* Develop benchmarks for assessing AI-generated solutions.
* Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
* Shape model reasoning and elevate training data quality. Qualifications Must-Have
* 5+ years of experience working at top US tech firms.
* Passion for improving model capabilities in complex SWE tasks. Interview Process
* 30 mins AI interview.
* Asynchronous SWE exercise and project instructions quiz (2 hours total, paid $100 for completion).
* Hourly contractor role.
