About the role
Join the Global Growth Q-commerce team to shape the future of our rapid delivery services. You will analyze performance metrics to drive strategy and influence decision-making across all international markets. Key facts

What you'll do
* Manage the full lifecycle of growth strategy, including pricing, loyalty programs, CRM, and performance marketing.
* Execute and implement growth initiatives across all active Glovo markets.
* Analyze results from growth experiments to determine performance outcomes and future improvements.
* Translate complex business challenges into actionable data insights for senior leadership.
* Identify new opportunities to boost user acquisition, retention, and order frequency.
* Collaborate directly with VPs and Growth directors to scale the Q-commerce business. Requirements
* 3-5 years of professional experience in a fast-paced, data-centric environment.
* Bachelor or Master degree in Business Management, Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
* Mastery of Google Sheets and Excel.
* Strong project management capabilities.
* Excellent communication, data visualization, and storytelling skills.
* Fluency in English.
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to exercise sound business judgment. Nice to have
* Proficiency in SQL.
* Experience with Looker or similar data visualization tools.
* Interest in learning additional query languages. Skills & tools
