* Install, commission and test Sidel equipment, including single machines and complete production lines
* Troubleshoot, prevent and adopt corrective maintenance on mechanical machines within high-speed production lines
* Execute precise technical diagnostics, share feedback with internal support teams and propose corrective actions
* Administrate equipment upgrades and optimisation
* Collaborate closely with project managers and technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction
* Train and empower client operators and maintenance technicians to ensure efficient equipment handling
* Report after sales opportunities detected on Customer site;
* Comply fully with Sidel and client safety rules, with clear communications throughout interventions
Your profile
* Technical degree (automation, mechatronics, electrotechnics, industrial maintenance…)
* Strong technical curiosity and eagerness to learn continuously
* Field experience preferred or strong motivation to learn on the job
* Fluent in English, essential for working in a multicultural team
* Willingness to travel extensively (often >90% of the time) and adapt to different international environments
* Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service mindset
