About Our ClientOur client is a well-established and fast-growing apparel manufacturer serving both domestic and international markets. With a strong production infrastructure, partnerships with global brands and a design-driven vision, the company stands out in the industry. To strengthen its design team in Barcelona, it is now looking for a Senior Fashion Designer.
Role PurposeTo lead the full collection development process, from trend research to production, creating commercially successful collections that meet the expectations of the brand and its clients.

Key Responsibilities
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop seasonal collection concepts, themes and colour palettesMonitor global fashion trends, market dynamics and competitor activity, and translate insights into collectionsPrepare technical drawings (flat sketches) and tech packs, and manage the sampling processWork closely with suppliers on fabric, trim and accessory selectionCollaborate with pattern-making, sampling and production teams throughout product developmentPresent collections to clients and brand representatives, and manage revisions based on feedbackMentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the design teamBalance creative vision with commercial requirements, cost targets and production capabilitiesRequirementsRequirementsDegree in Fashion Design, Textile Design or a related fieldMinimum 7 years of design experience in the apparel industry, ideally on the manufacturer or brand sideStrong expertise in at least one category: womenswear, menswear or kidswear [product group can be specified: knitwear, wovens, denim, etc.]Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; experience with CLO 3D or similar 3D design software is a plusSolid technical knowledge of fabrics, pattern-making, production techniques and costingFluent English; Spanish and/or Catalan is a strong advantageExcellent xqbhyrx presentation, communication and leadership skillsCreative, solution-oriented and able to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentWillingness to travel domestically and internationallyWhat’s on OfferCompetitive salary package, above industry averageThe opportunity to work with international brands and shape global collectionsParticipation in international trade fairs and trend-research tripsPrivate health insurance and meal allowance [to be updated per client]Relocation support for the right candidate [if applicable]A creative, supportive work environment with clear room for career growthThe chance to live and work in one of Europe’s most vibrant fashion and design cities#J-18808-Ljbffr
